Guidelines
To avoid any misunderstandings or delays on tasks you submit to us please read the guidelines below.
We will always try our best to get tasks completed asap, on time and in the best possible quality.
These guidelines will help both parties to understand their responsibility on task submission and completion.

If something is broken we prioritize it over everything and try to fix asap, even the same day if possible.
Please note that we are daily in Teamwork chat so you can always contact us there as well. We can just have a friendly chat but you can also let us know that you added an urgent task that needs attention.
Please keep in mind we're in Asian time zone so any task you send from Europe or American time zone on e.g Tuesday we only see Wednesday the earliest. We might not even see it within the first 24hrs if we receive loads of requests on that day.
We review our task inbox daily but it can take up to 48hrs to review and assign the task to a team member.
We can not be held responsible if a tasks are not completed on time if you don't follow the above guidelines.
Important:
It's ok if you have from time to time a last minute task as long it's not becoming the norm. As mentioned above we always try to complete tasks asap and on time.
If you do have a last minute task it is your responsibility to submit the task but also contact us either through Email or Teamwork Chat that it should be completed same/next day.
PS: Please know that we are a small but very dedicated team that always try's to complete tasks asap in the highest standards. This means that if a team member has a day off or is not feeling we'll have less man power available to complete tasks.
